FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: stand for "cold" reeling of electric power plant turbochargers comprises a gas supply source, a pressure and an exhaust air lines connected to the working chamber of the turbine, a rotation velocity sensor and a revolution digital indicator, a gas supply source control unit. Two gas characteristic measurement modules, an oil characteristic measurement module, a bypass valve, a tank with a heating element for oil, an oil pump, an oil pump electric drive, an oil filter, a recording unit of shaft position in the bearing, a unit of information processing and stand control and a filter element are additionally introduced. The pressure air line is divided into three parts by the filter element and the first gas characteristic measurement module. The first part of the pressure air line is connected to the gas supply source and the filter element. The second part of the pressure air line is connected to the filter element and the first gas characteristic measurement module. The third part of the pressure air line is connected to the first gas characteristic measurement module and the working chamber of the turbocharger turbine. The exhaust air line is divided into two parts, the first part of the exhaust air line is connected to the working chamber of the turbine turbocharger and the second part of the exhaust air line, the second part of the exhaust air line is connected to the first part of the exhaust air line and the gas supply source. The gas supply source is connected to the gas supply source control unit. The output of the first gas characteristic measurement module is connected to the unit of information processing and stand control. The second gas characteristic measurement module is connected to the output of the working chamber of the turbocharger compressor, the output of the second gas characteristic measurement module is connected to the unit of information processing and stand control. The output of the oil pump electric drive is connected to the unit of information processing and stand control. The output of the oil characteristic measurement module is connected to the unit of information processing and stand control. The output from the heating element of the oil tank is connected to the unit of information processing and stand control. The oil pump is connected to the oil pump electric drive. The output of the tank with the heating element for oil is connected to the input of the oil pump. The output of the oil pump is connected to the input of the bypass valve. The first output of the bypass valve is connected to the input of the oil filter. The output of the oil filter is connected to the input of the oil characteristic measurement module, the first output of the oil characteristic measurement module is connected to the hole for oil supply to the turbocharger bearing. The second output of the bypass valve is connected to the first input of the tank with the heating element for oil. The discharge hole of the turbocharger bearing is connected to the second input of the tank with the heating element for oil. The output of the revolution digital indicator is connected to the unit of information processing and stand control, the output of the recording unit of shaft position in the bearing is connected to the unit of information processing and stand control. The output of the gas supply source control unit is connected to the unit of information processing and stand control.
EFFECT: improving quality and informativity of turbocharger reeling, reducing energy costs and providing a mode of cold reeling at the rated rotor speed of the turbocharger under load.
