FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for spinning-rolling processing of shaped shells. Device comprises three-roller head with rollers, adapter connected with machine spindle and mandrel. Mandrel has section with shaped working surface. Rollers have different radii of curvature of the working surface and are installed with different radial and axial displacements relative to the profile section of the mandrel. On the base, fastening posts are uniformly mounted along the perimeter by means of a threaded connection, on which a puller, a workpiece and a clamp are installed.
EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to obtain shaped shells with high dimensional accuracy and quality of the processed surface, and also to increase wear resistance of working surfaces of rollers and mandrel and efficiency of shells manufacturing.
