Device for obtaining the rotor speed estimation signal and the moment of resistance estimation signal on the shaft of the synchronous electric motor with permanent magnets comprises phase voltage (1), (2), (3) and phase current (4), (5), (6) sensors, coordinate converter (7), time delay units (8, 9, 10, 11, 17, 19, 22, 25, 27, 28), units for determining the prediction value of current estimate (12, 13), unit for determining the prediction of the estimate of the moment of resistance on motor shaft (14), unit for determining the evaluation of the moment of resistance on the shaft of electric motor (15), units for determining the value of the correction of current estimate (16, 18), unit for determining the value of the evaluation of electromagnetic moment (20), unit for correction of estimation of the moment of resistance (21), unit for prediction of estimation of rotor rotation frequency (23), information output unit (24), unit for correction of estimation of rotor rotation frequency (26).
