FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, in particular, to mining machine fender. Impact loading device of a mining machine comprises two cutting units, each of which includes a drive with a reduction gear, on one output shaft of which there is an external cutting drum, and the other one is connected to the inner cutting drum by means of a coupling. Said inner cutting drums are fitted on common centring shaft. Said coupling has a drive element and a support element. Said drive element is configured to transmit rotation from gearbox output shaft to inner cutting drum, said support element comprises spherical support surface for mounting said centring shaft. Centring shaft has inner surface resting on spherical support surface of said support element. Inner surface of the centring shaft is made with possibility of sliding around the spherical support surface of the said support element. Coupling has a splined inner part for installation on the output shaft of the reduction gear. Above coupling drive element is made in the form of a rectangular prism. Said drive element of coupling in the form of rectangular prism is installed with gaps between walls of groove of inner cutting drum and walls of said drive element.
EFFECT: higher reliability of operation reliability of the mining machine in general and the lower breaker-loading device in particular, as well as in eliminating violation of geometry of the mine cross-section during the mining process and in the trouble-free operation of the breaker-loading device drives.
