SUBSTANCE: use to ensure continuous control of water content of production of production wells and hydrocarbon mixtures in pipelines for oil transportation. Summary of invention consists in the fact that flow moisture meter comprises a housing made with a rectangular chamber and two windows connected to each other and located opposite to each other on opposite sides of the chamber, infrared light-emitting diodes located outside the rectangular chamber opposite to one of the windows in several rows, wherein each row has a certain radiation length λ1, λ2, …, λn, as well as infrared detectors also located outside the rectangular chamber opposite the other window, wherein each infrared detector is placed opposite the corresponding infrared light-emitting diode.

EFFECT: flow moisture meter design simplification.
