SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and a device for installing various types of civil, special, or military objects, for example, a radio station, a video camera, a light-emitting device, a siren, a transmitter, a laser range finder, a GPS/GLONASS device, on a wire or a ground wire of a high-voltage line (HVL). The object is placed in a container equipped with a hook for hooking onto an HVL wire, then the container with the object is secured on the UAV bracket at an angle relative to the vertical using at least one hook and one bracket designed to engage each other, the container with the object is transported using the UAV to installation location on the HVL, couple the hook onto the HVL, after which the hook comes out of the bracket. Moreover, due to the displacement of the centre of gravity of the container with the object after uncoupling the container from the bracket, the container tilts away from the bracket, thus moving away from it, as a result of which the UAV freely flies away from the wire, leaving the container with the object on the wire.
EFFECT: providing the ability to install an object on HVL using a UAV, increasing safety and speed of installation without the need to disconnect the HVL.
