SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for measuring glucose in blood, in which: using a measuring probe on a device for measuring glucose in blood, an output light intensity is obtained, wherein the device has a signal-to-noise ratio for recognizing the expected change in blood glucose concentration, and processing at least one output light intensity to determine concentration of detected glucose in blood. Device for measuring glucose in blood contains: a module for obtaining a controlled measurement condition of the output light intensity using a measuring probe provided on the blood glucose measuring device, and the device, in turn, has a signal-to-noise ratio for recognizing the expected change in blood glucose concentration; and a module for processing at least one output light intensity to determine concentration of detected glucose in blood. Disclosed is a wearable device for measuring glucose in blood, wherein the weight of the portable device is less than the threshold mass value or the mass of the portable device is greater than the additional threshold mass value.
EFFECT: making the device to ensure that the measurement of the tissue element is capable of detecting the expected change in the concentration of the tissue element.
