FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method and device for measuring a tissue component and a wearable device, wherein the method includes: illuminating the measurement area by using incident light having a plurality of predetermined wavelengths, wherein each incident light beam is emitted from at least one exit position after passing through the measurement region to form at least one beam of exit light, and there is one incident light incidence position; obtaining a light intensity value corresponding to each beam of output light received by the M photosensitive surfaces to obtain T output light intensities, wherein each output light intensity is obtained by processing the light intensity value of the output light received by one or more photosensitive surfaces, each photosensitive surface can receive the light intensity value of the output light coming out of the output position, within a given range of protection against jitter corresponding to the photosensitive surface, and 1≤T≤M; and determining concentrations of measured tissue elements according to at least one output light intensity corresponding to a plurality of predetermined wavelengths.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will make it possible to increase accuracy of measuring concentration of blood elements.
