SUBSTANCE: proposed device relates to the field of systems, networks and devices of telecommunications and radio engineering in an underwater wireless communication system and can be used in radio reception, radio transmission and telecommunications systems and devices where it is required to organize an underwater wireless acoustic communication channel (UWACC). The UWAT can operate in standby, receive, transmit, or transit node mode. Low cost is achieved through the use of domestic components. The minimum energy consumption is achieved by the fact that the non-working units are not connected to the power supply. The modularity of the UWAT is achieved by the fact that it consists of separate blocks.

EFFECT: organization of UWACC between underwater wireless acoustic transceivers (UWAT) both in the line of sight and between UWAT that are not in the line of sight, UWAT is also characterized by low cost, minimal energy consumption and modularity.
