SUBSTANCE: use of a device for obtaining a digital X-ray image to calibrate the spatial resolution distribution. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that a calibration standard is created, a unit for obtaining projections of error vectors is performed, the final uncertainty is determined, a scanning device calibration file is created, wherein the unit for obtaining projections of error vectors consists of X-ray imaging, digitizing the obtained image, evaluating the quality of the obtained image, determining the position of grid nodes on the X-ray pattern and determining projections of error vectors.

EFFECT: possibility of eliminating systematic and geometric distortions of images obtained from shadow X-ray scanning devices of flatbed and drum types, as well as flat-panel detectors.
