FIELD: antenna equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed in the invention beams stabilization method relates to space-based hybrid mirror antennas (MBHMA), covering the service area with multiple beams. Result is achieved by the fact that according to the signals from the ground-based radio beacon, the profile of the so-called best-fit paraboloid (BFP) is calculated, turning the reflector, maintaining the orientation of the optical axis of the BFP in the nominal direction, calculating the focal spots when irradiating this turned BFP from the directions of all beams, and weight coefficients of clusters are set in proportion to complex conjugate values of focal spots.
EFFECT: stabilization of beams in conditions of distortion of the profile of the reflector without changing the composition of clusters of the antenna array.
