FIELD: antenna equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna engineering, specifically to satellite multibeam hybrid mirror antennae, the emitting system of which is arranged in a "one cluster-one beam" scheme, and can be used to generate a weight vector of an antenna array cluster corresponding to a beam pattern with a maximum directivity factor and a maximum oriented to the centre of the corresponding coverage area, by receiving and processing beacon signals shifted from the centre of said service area. Method consists in allocation by elements of cluster of antenna array complex amplitudes of ground beacon signalling signals, approximations by these complex amplitudes of the continuous function of the focal spot, correction of the position of the obtained focal spot and formation of cluster weighting factors in accordance with complex conjugate values of corrected focal spot in points of arrangement of cluster elements.
EFFECT: increasing the minimum signal level in the service area when generating a beam pattern of a satellite multi-beam hybrid mirror antenna based on shifted beacon signals.
