FIELD: quantum computers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical memory. Optical memory unit comprises first and second slave lasers configured to generate first and second laser beams having a first frequency, with phase synchronization with first and second injection laser beams having a first frequency. First and second slave lasers are made with possibility of mutual communication, and the optical memory unit is configured such that the optical path between the first and second slave lasers corresponds to the phase shift at the first frequency. Said phase synchronization allows maintaining simultaneously one of two stable states, when the first and second injection beams have the same amplitude and phase, while switching between two stable states is provided by introducing an amplitude and phase perturbation component or an amplitude and polarization perturbation component into at least the first or second injection laser beam.
EFFECT: implementation of high-speed and easy-to-integrate all-optical memory.
