It is performed in pregnant women with placental growth; a complex of predictors is determined x₁-x₁₈, coefficients of their significance b_1-18, then - sum of their product and constants, Z: Z = b₁ × x₁ + b₂ × x₂ +…+ b₁₈ × x₁₈ + 1.243, then risk of hysterectomy, P in %, according to original formula. If the P value is not less than 68.4%, a high risk of organ-preserving surgery ineffectiveness is detected. If the P value is equal to 48.9–68.3%, the uncertainty zone is determined, and the P value of not more than 48.8 % is determined as an indicator of low risk of conversion to hysterectomy.

EFFECT: method enables increasing the specificity of the prognosis by determining the risk of hysterectomy at the prenatal stage in all patients with placental growth, regardless of the depth of invasion; increase the prognostic value of the method due to the integrated assessment of the signs in the absence of the effect of factors limiting the realization of the woman’s reproductive potential; reducing maternal morbidity, reducing time of operation, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications.
