FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology, and may be used for the prediction of placental ingrowth in pregnant women on their 30–35 weeks of pregnancy. Blood is sampled, blood serum is analysed for placental protein by enzyme immunoassay (EIA): glycodeline A (GdA), placental alpha-1-microglobulin (PAMG), adiponectin hormone and coefficient N is number of suffered caesarean sections. They are appraised by points: HdA, ng/ml, from 0 to 40 inclusive – 3 points, from 41 to 80 inclusive – 2 points, from 81 to 130 inclusive – 1 point; PAMG, ng/ml: from 1 to 30 inclusive – 3 points, from 31 to 60 inclusive – 2 points, from 61 to 120 inclusive – 1 point; adiponectin, mcg/ml, - from 0 to 5 inclusive – 3 points, from 5.1 to 8 inclusive – 2 points, from 8.1 to 20 inclusive – 1 point; N is number of suffered caesarean sections in past medical history in the form of integers in the form of points. Total score and number of the suffered caesarean sections are summed up. If total score is 8 and more, placenta accreta in this pregnancy is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of predicting placenta accreta in pregnant women both with and without placenta previa, in gestation of 30–35 weeks, due to determination of quantitative content in blood serum of placental proteins: HdA, PAMG and hormone adiponectin, transfer of absolute values into points, their summation and addition of a coefficient N equal to the number of suffered caesarean sections.
