FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of obstetrics and gynecology, and is intended to predict the ingrowth of the placenta during pregnancy. Method includes an immunoenzymometric research of blood serum of pregnant women in the period of 20 weeks and later. Markers of serum concentration of pathological placentation is determined: matrix metalloproteinases type 2 and 9 (MMP-2, MMP-9), their inhibitors (TIMP-1, TIMP-2), kisspeptin (kisspeptin) and the ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1. With the value of one of which: for MMP-2 more than 380.8 pg/ml, for MMP-9 more than 240.1 ng/ml, for TIMP-1 more than 8.5 ng/ml, for TIMP-2 more than 6.1 ng/ml, for kisspeptin more than 145.2 pg/ml, and for MMP-9/TIMP-1 less than 49.9 predict the occurrence of placenta ingrowth during pregnancy.
EFFECT: proposed method allows you to quickly and accurately predict the occurrence of ingrowth of the placenta.
