SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for prediction of intraoperative thrombosis in abdominal aorta reconstruction. Before the planned operation of the abdominal aorta reconstruction, the patient undergoes a hemostasiogram with determination of the Antithrombin III level. If the value of Antithrombin III is less than 80%, a high risk of developing thrombosis of the reconstruction zones in the intraoperative period is predicted.

EFFECT: method enables predicting the development of intraoperative thrombosis in open reconstruction of the abdominal aorta, through the use of which it will be possible to carry out preventive both preoperative and intraoperative measures to reduce the likelihood of developing intraoperative thrombosis, by determining the level of Antithrombin III in the patient before the operation.
