SUBSTANCE: automatic corrugator comprises controlled by a control system, connected and interacting with each other corrugated cardboard supply means, which is equipped with a conveyor belt and serves for uniform supply of material, made in the form of a tightening device for forming corrugated boxes, which serves for tightening and unfolding of boxes and comprises a gear motor with a suction device, system for forming and bending parts of the formed box, comprising a side flap bending device with rotary bending extended components forming bends approximately by 30–45° and an end flap bending machine with folding plates extending upwards by means of cylindrical mechanisms, as well as a conveyor device serving for removal of boxes with a pusher intended for pushing the formed box onto the gluing device, where during periods of movement of the box, additional bending of valves and gluing with the gluing device of the lower part of the box, which subsequently comes out through the tunnel, takes place.
EFFECT: high speed of operation and improved quality of production.
