FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: rail belt conveyor support carriage comprises two frames (1A, 1B), on which wheel assemblies (108) are installed, besides, the shaft of wheel assembly (108) of first frame (1A) is parallel to the shaft of wheel assembly (108) of second frame (1B). First frame (1A) is hinged to second frame (1B), and the central line of the hinged joint of the two frames is perpendicular to the shaft axis and is substantially parallel to the direction of movement of the support carriage. In compliance with design of support carriage, its wheels in process of actual operation can be adjusted automatically, which reduces degree of accuracy of wheel processing and requirements for accuracy of installation of wheel on rail.
EFFECT: complexity of technological processing and assembly is reduced, so that the production and operation costs of the rail belt conveyor are reduced.
