FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to production of metal-glass articles. Method of producing a coaxial high-frequency sealed lead-in involves assembling a current lead assembly and a glass insulator enclosing it and a metal housing, fixing the assembly in the housing, followed by soldering in an argon medium, holding at a soldering temperature for 20–30 minutes and subsequent cooling of the assembly at rate of 5±1 °C/min to temperature of 400±10 °C, and then with the furnace turned off, wherein the soldering is carried out simultaneously with the glass insulator pressing by punches, one of which is movable, made graphite with a high purity class of the surface in contact with the glass insulator, wherein pressing is carried out under condition of providing specific pressure on glass insulator of 0.045–0.055 kg/cm2. Current lead unit is formed in the form of a coaxial pair of the central and screening conductors. Glass insulator is formed from two parts: a glass tablet enclosing the central conductor and a glass tube enclosing the screening conductor. Before assembly, the shielding conductor made of a titanium alloy is preliminarily prepared by degreasing and applying a coating in the form of an aqueous solution of borates containing 3–5% of potassium borate and 10–15% of lithium borate on the surface in contact with the glass tablet and the glass tube, with subsequent melting of coating at temperature of 880±10 °C for 20–30 minutes in an argon medium, and soldering is carried out at temperature of 880±10 °C.
EFFECT: high noise-immunity of the sealed lead-in with minimized attenuation of the useful signal and high quality of measurements in a wide frequency range of use.
