FIELD: metal-glass products production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for the manufacture of metal-glass products, mainly for the electrical industry, intended for operation under conditions of increased electrical and mechanical loads, such as connectors, sealed glands. A method for obtaining a soldered joint includes assembling a sealed lead-in from at least one current lead-in unit and glass and metal parts covering it. During assembly, the current lead and the glass piece are fixed in the cylindrical hole of the metal piece. Subsequent brazing in argon with holding at a brazing temperature for 20-30 min and subsequent cooling at a rate of (5±1)°C/min to a temperature of (400±10)°C, and then with the oven turned off. Before soldering, the assembly is evacuated and heated to a temperature of (700±10)°С, followed by holding in vacuum at the specified temperature for 20-30 minutes.

EFFECT: improving the quality of the solder joint while ensuring high electrical strength and tightness of the soldered joint.
