FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for recording disturbances in the process of external respiration of patients during sleep comprises electrodes of Holter ECG monitoring, a housing inside which a storage battery, an accelerometer, a microphone and a control unit are mounted. On the housing there is a connector for power supply and data transmission. Accelerometer and microphone are connected to control unit, made with possibility to collect data on movement of chest, parameters of body position during sleep, force of snoring, data of auscultation of lungs and heart. Electrode attachment connectors for Holter ECG monitoring are mounted on the back of the device housing. Control unit is configured to filter and process information collected by means of a microphone. Control unit contains internal memory of the device for storing processed information. Accelerometer is configured to measure patient’s chest and body motion along three axes of coordinates with fixation of data in the device memory.

EFFECT: higher probability of early detection of cardiovascular diseases by auscultation, as well as higher reliability of fixation of the device on the patient's body, which enables to collect more accurate data on the state of the patient during sleep and, accordingly, enables to more accurately detect the fact of apnea.
