FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of cold-rolled products. Conditional index of quality of hot-rolled steel is determined, on the basis of which the value of displacement of rolls CVC of the last stand is determined. Value of displacement of the CVC rolls of the penultimate stand and the value of counter-bending of the rolls of the last stand are determined. Strips are cold rolled. Conditional index of quality of hot-rolled products X is determined taking into account the following values: a—left minimum wedge, mm, b—maximum displacement of the top of the cross section of the strip, mm, c—right minimum wedge of the strip, mm, d—width of the strip, mm, e—average temperature of the end of rolling, °C, f—average winding temperature, °C.
EFFECT: reduced sorting by surface defects related to non-flatness of strip.
