SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for ensuring concealment of objects from reconnaissance, aiming, targeting and fire destruction means mounted on unmanned aerial vehicles. Method of counteracting unmanned aerial vehicles by means of smoke screen includes arrangement of aerosol generation generators on board of aircraft and their activation by command. At the same time, the enemy UAV is additionally detected in the area of responsibility with the determination of its flight altitude, speed, course of movement, the UAV with aerosol formation generators is launched, approach of said UAV to enemy UAV at distance of effective action of aerosol formation generators, tracking of enemy UAV, creation of smoke screen around moving enemy UAV.

EFFECT: improved security of objects, which are camouflaged by UAV smoke screens.
