SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to perforating device (32) for sealed and heat-insulating tank (2). Reservoir is configured to contain fluid. Perforating device (32) comprises actuating means (34) and element (36) for perforating reservoir (2), wherein actuating means (34) is configured to move perforating element (36) and comprises one frame (66), drum (68) and cable (70), which connects perforation element (36) with drum (68) made with possibility of rotation around axis of rotation (B) and with possibility of making cable (70) wind on drum (68) or unwind from drum (68).
EFFECT: facilitating removal of liquefied gas which has leaked into the heat-insulating layer of the main area of the reservoir.
