FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for non-destructive testing of vacuum in a high-voltage circuit breaker chamber containing arc-quenching screens. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the breaker depressurization is controlled by measuring the electrical capacitance and resistance between the arc-quenching screen and the breaker, made in the form of two parallel contact pads with rods, when an electric potential appears on the arc-quenching screen, a conclusion is made on an emergency situation.
EFFECT: increased reliability of vacuum control in the high-voltage circuit breaker chamber.
