SUBSTANCE: flushing system for removing halides, including a process gas channel containing hydrocarbons and halides, an injector pipe, with an entry into the process gas channel, wherein said injection pipe has a flushing water inlet at a first end of the injection pipe located outside the process gas channel, and a flushing water outlet with an injector nozzle at the second end of the injector pipe, configured to spray the flushing water into the process gas in the process gas channel above the injector nozzle, wherein the flushing removal system further includes an anti-settling agent located around at least a portion of the injector pipe, which is located in the process gas channel. Invention also relates to the use of a flushing system for removing halides in a hydrotreating process.
EFFECT: use of the proposed invention enables to prevent corrosion of the injector pipe.
