FORMWORK WITH VARIABLE PARAMETERS FOR FORMING REINFORCED CONCRETE GIRDERS Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC E04G13/02 B28B23/06 E04C3/20 B28B7/02 B28B7/04

Abstract RU 2827394 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to the design of formwork with variable parameters for the manufacture (moulding) of reinforced concrete girders, and can be used in the construction of residential and industrial buildings. Formwork includes straight longitudinal movable boards, longitudinal folding boards of L-shape form, flooring. Longitudinal movable boards are located in the centre parallel to each other in a mirror image and are connected to each other in sections made with possibility of their extension along the length. L-shaped boards are arranged parallel to each other in mirror image and connected to each other in sections made with possibility of their extension along the width. Flooring is laid between the straight longitudinal movable boards, has turnbuckles or hydraulic cylinders connecting the L-shaped boards with the supporting sectional frame by means of pins. Detachable lugs are fixed by means of threaded connections in the upper parts of the longitudinal movable boards and the L-shaped boards, with the upper straps installed perpendicularly with the possibility of the corresponding boards coupling. Each longitudinal movable board together with the L-shaped board form a shaping surface. On longitudinal movable boards and L-shaped boards there is double-row perforation for attachment of shapers, with possibility of closing holes of double-row perforation with rubber plugs, excluding leakage of cement laitance. Rubber seal is installed in the joints between the longitudinal movable boards and the L-shaped boards.

EFFECT: higher quality of reinforced concrete girder(s) made in formwork.
