SUBSTANCE: disclosed is recombinant plasmid DNA pET21-IFN-γ providing synthesis of a polypeptide having human gamma-interferon activity. Also disclosed is a recombinant bacterium Escherichia coli, which is a producer of a polypeptide having human gamma-interferon activity and containing said recombinant plasmid DNA. Also disclosed is a method of producing recombinant human gamma-interferon using said bacteria.
EFFECT: invention provides a wider range of products for producing recombinant human gamma-interferon protein, as well as higher expression level of said protein.
