FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for thermal treatment of cobalt heat-resistant alloy “КХ28М6”, obtained by selective laser fusion (SLF). Disclosed is a method for heat treatment of alloy “КХ28М6” of Co-Cr-Mo system, obtained by selective laser fusion, in which for re-separation of carbide compounds and hcp-phase alloy is homogenized with conversion of large grain-boundary carbide precipitates into solid solution at temperature higher than transition of hcp-phase into fcc-phase, equal to 1,150-1,200 °C, for 6 hours, for repeated formation and distribution of carbide compounds of hcp-phase ε-phase, ε-martensite on structure of alloy subsequent aging of the alloy is carried out at temperature below transition of the hcp-phase to the fcc-phase, which is equal to 800 °C, for 2 hours, after which tempering is carried out at temperature of 500 °C for 2 hours.
EFFECT: increased strength properties—tensile strength, yield point while maintaining satisfactory plasticity of synthesized SLF-material (relative elongation is not less than 10%).
