FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a method for healing a full-thickness insolvency of the oesophagus wall and the oesophageal-intestinal anastomosis, and can be considered in general surgery, experimental medicine, with point insolvency of oesophagus wall, insolvency of oesophageal-intestinal anastomosis sutures after surgical or combined treatment of gastric cancer with transition to lower one-third of oesophagus, cardioesophageal cancer. Oesophageal wall defect or anastomosis is healed by local introduction of 50 ml solution of fibroblast-like mesenchymal stromal/stem cell cultures.
EFFECT: proposed method is easy to use, allows improving immediate results of postoperative course, eliminating formidable purulent complication, thus preventing application of more aggressive surgical approach, up to separation of previously formed reconstruction.
