FIELD: control devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering equipment control. For monitoring of faults with two-level redundancy, obtaining of sensor data, including each operating parameter, is used, based on groups of sensors, which are respectively grouped according to operating parameters and located on the lifting device. When monitoring the first level, it is determined whether the lifting device is in a first erroneous operating state, based on whether the corresponding actual measured value in these sensors satisfies the configured conversion ratio. Conversion ratio contains ratio of geometrical conversion between operating parameters, which correspond to corresponding actual measured value. When monitoring the second level, it is determined whether the lifting device is in a second erroneous operating state, on the basis of whether the actual measured value corresponding to the moment in these sensors corresponds to the ratio of the moments balance between the operating parameters of the corresponding moment, wherein the lifting device is not in the first erroneous operating state.
EFFECT: improved monitoring to avoid failure of control of maintaining balance of moments caused by failure or defect of sensors or data of sensors of the lifting device, thereby improving safety and reliability of monitoring, accuracy of control and operational stability of the lifting device.
