FIELD: accurate instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to precision instrument making, particularly, to aircraft orientation and navigation systems. Disclosed method of generating inertial information is based on measuring linear accelerations with six accelerometers, which are combined into pairs and their centres of mass are located on construction axes symmetrically relative to the centre of mass of the aircraft. At that, the axes of sensitivity of each pair of accelerometers are oriented along the construction axes of the aircraft, which are perpendicular to the axes of the centres of mass of the pairs of accelerometers, at the same time the axis of sensitivity of each pair of accelerometers located on the same axis, oriented perpendicular to the corresponding centripetal accelerations, and their signals are simultaneously added and subtracted, wherein the signals after the subtraction are integrated and inertial parameters are formed.
EFFECT: generation of inertial parameters based on measurement of linear accelerations.
