FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-jet nozzles equipped with a centrifugal pump device and intended for installation on outboard motors used on small vessels in shallow water conditions. Water jet nozzle for an outboard motor comprises a water duct housing in which a vertical drive shaft is installed, a water intake branch pipe located at the inlet end of the water duct housing, an annular housing located in the water intake branch pipe, impeller mounted on the end of the vertical drive shaft and placed inside the annular housing. Water-jet nozzle also includes a sealing sleeve installed at the inlet end of the water duct housing, and the annular housing is located in the water intake branch pipe with possibility of rotation and is made integral with the impeller. At the output end of the annular housing on its outer side there is a circumferential surface section, which is arranged with the possibility of placement in the sealing bushing and conjugation with it with a sliding fit.

EFFECT: improving propulsive characteristics of water-jet nozzle with specified parameters of pumping device.
