FIELD: testing; electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing of voltage converters. Device (50) for testing voltage converter (10, 20) comprises frequency response analyser (60) and impedance converter (70). Frequency response analyser (60) is designed to measure the electrical transfer function in a given frequency range. Frequency response analyser (60) has test signal output (61) for outputting a test signal to voltage converter (10, 20), reference signal input (64) for receiving a reference signal supplied to voltage converter (10, 20) for testing voltage converter (10, 20), and response signal input (67) with given input impedance (68) for receiving a response signal from voltage converter (10, 20). Impedance converter (70) comprises impedance converter input (71), which has variable input impedance (72), which can be adjusted in accordance with voltage converter (10, 20) impedance, and output (75) of impedance converter, which is connected to input (67) of response signal and has output impedance (74) matched with input impedance (68) of input (67) of response signal.
EFFECT: expansion of testing capabilities, reduction of voltage level, improvement of measurement accuracy, simplification of calibration.
