FIELD: tea industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a tea brewing method involving placing a sachet containing a dry tea mixture containing green tea leaves and stems in equal proportions, weighing 10-13 grams, in a container and adding 150 ml of water to it, after which the container is heated without closing the lid, and the water is boiled and boiling is kept for 3-5 minutes, then adding to container content 190-210 ml of milk and repeatedly bringing to a boil, after the contents of the container boils, heating is stopped, after which, for not more than 10 minutes after stopping the heating, salt, pepper and nutmeg are added to contents of 0.5-2.5 g each, then the contents of the container are stirred until homogeneous, after which the container is closed with a lid, and the contents are infused for 5 minutes, after which 5-10 g butter is added to the contents of the container, after which the sachet is removed. Also described is a method of producing packaged tea for implementing the brewing method.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain a beverage with certain organoleptic properties, as well as to exclude the need for filtration of the obtained beverage.
