FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is portable food processing device (10), comprising food processing chamber (20), including blade unit (22), and casing (30) comprising motor (32) for driving said blade unit, microcontroller (35) for controlling said motor and at least one motion sensor (34) connected with possibility of data transmission to said microcontroller. Microcontroller is configured to evaluate sensor data output by at least one motion sensor to detect a predetermined motion pattern in said sensor data, wherein said predetermined motion pattern corresponds to the engine operating setting; and controlling said motor in accordance with said working setting when a predetermined motion pattern is detected.
EFFECT: object of the present invention is to create a portable device for processing food products with improved motion control.
