FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flaw detection and can be used to inspect bearing rings. Apparatus comprises table (1) with mechanism (2) installed on it for longitudinal movement of a longitudinal magnetisation device made in the form of solenoid (3) with an annular housing and placed on support (5). Device for circular magnetisation is made in the form of rod (9), which is placed horizontally inside the annular housing of longitudinal magnetisation solenoid (3). Free end of rod (9) is intended for connection to current lead (6), and the other end is fixed on beam (10) adjacent to longitudinal magnetisation solenoid (3). Degaussing solenoid (8) with annular housing and bearing ring holder (28) in the form of roller bearings (4) is arranged independently on table (1). Solenoid (3) of longitudinal magnetisation has support (5) with latch (11), mating part of which is located on support (7) of current lead (6). Support (7) with current lead (6) is placed on table (1) at a contactless distance from support (5) of solenoid (3) of longitudinal magnetization. Current lead (6) is connected to electronic unit containing block diagram (14) for controlling a plant with a microprocessor, which is connected to a magnetization circuit in the form of a pumping circuit, a demagnetisation circuit and control panel (15). For storage, preparation and supply to the place of control of magnetic particle suspension in the installation there is vessel (13).
EFFECT: simplified design, reliable detection of different-size cracks inside and outside the bearings under study, demagnetisation of the part after its diagnostics.
