FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial equipment and can be used in technological processes of manufacturing, repair and maintenance of various products as an installation for washing external surfaces. Installation for washing external surfaces comprises a frame with a horizontal and two vertical guides, as well as an upper and two side washing mechanisms with nozzles for supply of washing liquid. Washing mechanisms are installed on carriages with wheels with possibility of their back-and-forth movement along the specified guides. Carriages of side washing mechanisms are connected by cables with support rollers fixed on the frame, and washing mechanisms are connected with pressure pipeline of pumping station by means of flexible hoses. Horizontal guide of the frame is made with possibility of re-installation and fixation in the specified position on vertical guides. Movement of carriages of washing mechanisms along guides is limited by stops made with possibility of resetting on guides and fixation in specified position. Each carriage comprises a body with a hole parallel to the guide and three cylindrical bores in it. Two-position slide valve is installed in the above hole, which in extreme working positions is held by a stopper located in the housing cover. Central bore in housing bore is connected to pressure pipeline of pump station, and side bores are connected to pressure tubes of washing mechanism located parallel to each other and perpendicular to guide. Nozzles are installed in the above tubes with equal pitch along the length. Nozzles of each pair of pressure tubes are directed towards each other and are located at the same angle to horizon. Carriages of side washing mechanisms are connected by ropes through support rollers with counterweights. Adjustable throttle is installed in the pressure pipeline.

EFFECT: expanded performances, simplified design, higher reliability and safety of operation of the installation for washing external surfaces.
