FIELD: vibrating cable layers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration cable laying machines intended for trenchless laying of main power and optical cables, plastic pipes of small diameter and other transmission lines unwound from a drum. Operating equipment of vibrating cable layer comprises rotary crossbar (2) and support (5) connected to it by traction bar (3) and hydraulic cylinders (6 and 7). In the support there is a working element – knife (9) with vibrator (11) in enveloping flexible shell (8), which is interconnected with compressor (16). It is possible to control oscillation frequency of vibrator (11) by controlled hydraulic motor (12), as well as to control pressure in flexible shell (8) by reducing pneumatic valve (15) in accordance with various physical and mechanical properties of soils.
EFFECT: increasing reliability, efficiency and reducing energy costs.
