FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and mining machines and can be used in excavators and road construction machines. Construction machine cabin vibration damping and conditioning device comprises compressed air source composed of corrugated shell (1) connected by ends with boom and handle. Shell (1) is interconnected through check pneumatic valves (5) and (7) with environment and with air receiver (8). Air receiver (8) is interconnected via pressure reducing valves (9) and (14) with gas cavities of hydraulic accumulators (10) and (15), liquid cavities of which are interconnected via hydraulic throttles with hydraulic supports (12) of cabin and (17) of driver’s seat. Damping of driver’s cabin and seat vibrations is provided. Air supply from air receiver (8) to cabin through pressure reducing pneumatic valve (19), filter (20) and heater radiator (21) provides ventilation, heating and creation of small excess pressure, which prevents penetration of dust and gases into cabin. Use of potential energy of elements of working equipment for creation of compressed air supply reduces power consumption for performance of working process.
EFFECT: expanded operating performances and reduced power consumption.
