FIELD: transfusiology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transfusiology, namely to methods of decontamination of autologous blood during intraoperative hardware reinfusion in cancer patients. An intraoperative reinfusion device is attached to the patient's circulatory system, and the leaking blood from the surgical wound is collected into a reservoir. Autologous erythrocytes are separated and washed with a saline solution of at least 1000 ml, leukofiltration of washed blood, X-ray irradiation of washed blood in a total focal dose of 25 Gray and red blood cells are returned to the patient's circulatory system. At the same time the leukocyte filter PALL Purecell RC2VAE is used for leukofiltration. For blood irradiation, an “АРДОК-1” mobile X-ray machine is used, in which the absorbed dose rate in the center of the chamber and tray is 0.62 G/min, at the upper and lower levels of the tray is 0.72 G/min; the tray oscillates at a frequency of 30-60 cycles per minute at an angle of up to ± 15 degrees.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the safety of intraoperative hardware reinfusion in oncological patients.
