FIELD: transfusiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transfusiology. A method for obtaining fibrin glue from donor plasma and its identification is disclosed, which includes sampling of donor plasma by apheresis, after which the plasma is mixed with a solution of sodium citrate and quarantined for 4 months by storing in individual packaging in a freezer at -40°C. At the request of the attending physician about the manufacture of fibrin glue, the plasma of a donor who has passed a double examination for blood type, the presence of Rh factor and antigens of hemotransmissive diseases is identified. The thawed plasma is separated in a closed closed system at a temperature of 37°C for 30 minutes, with the addition of tranexamic acid in the presence of a thrombin-like enzyme batroxobin and a buffer solution with a pH of 4.0. Upon completion of separation, 6 ml of fibrin glue is obtained from 120 ml of plasma and aliquoted into sterile syringes in a laminar flow cabinet at a temperature of 22-24°C for 3-5 minutes. Syringes with fibrin glue are marked using a technological label containing an individual barcode of donation of donor plasma, including encoded information about the region code, the code of the procuring institution, the year of donation, the individual product code and the type of donor product. The encoded information is recorded in a computer-implemented database. Labeled syringes with fibrin glue are frozen at a temperature of -20°C on demand, with a maximum shelf life of 5 weeks. A maximum of 20 minutes before clinical use, syringes with fibrin glue made from plasma from a suitable donor are identified by scanning the technological label and comparing the information encoded on it with the information contained in the database. Identified syringes with fibrin glue are defrosted and delivered to the operating room, where the glue is applied to the wound surface in the presence of a buffer solution with pH 10, sealing surgical defects. After clinical use, an individual protocol containing a copy of the technological labels that are included in the medical history.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of manufacturing and identification of fibrin glue.
