Pharmaceutical composition in the form of a tablet contains phosphorus spiroaryl oxide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. D90 size of spiroaryl oxide of phosphorus or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt ranges from 40.3 to 79.6 mcm.
EFFECT: pharmaceutical composition has high homogeneity of composition, high dissolution rate and high bioavailability in vivo and can be used for treating cancer.
