SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in obstetrics and gynecology and functional diagnostics. Electroneuromyography and Neuron-Spectrum software are used to record motor responses of diaphragm and vaginal muscles. A phrenic nerve is stimulated with analysis of latency and threshold values of the motor response of the vaginal muscles and estimating the difference in the latencies of the motor responses of the diaphragm and the vaginal muscles.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of investigation of diseases accompanied by stress urinary incontinence or prolapse of pelvic organs due to objectification of all links of trampoline reflex; safety for the patient due to the absence of invasive manipulations.
