FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be applied in dentistry. Interference electromyogram (EMG) from chewing muscle proper and temporal muscles is registered. Additionally from chewing muscle proper M-response latency, as well as duration of late component of blink reflex are registered. If average amplitude of interference EMG of chewing muscle proper is from 343.71 to 400.06 mcA, frequency from 267.56 to 312.44 mV, average amplitude of interference EMG of temporal muscle from 279.65 to 328.76 mcA, frequency from 266.73 to 297.38, M-response latency from 0.96 to 1.66 ms, duration of late component of blink reflex in the interval from 27.6 to 33.11 mc, bruxism is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase diagnostics reliability, which is achieved due to complex analysis of parameters of electrophysiological indices: EMG, M-response and blink reflex.
