FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, and can be used for diagnosing disturbed local blood flow regulation. When conducting a minute ischemic vaso-occlusion test of the forearm by contact-dermal thermometry, three dermal thermometry values are recorded before and after test at 15, 45 and 60 seconds. If observing the negative dynamics of first 15-second value of the postischemic test in relation to the similar one before the test, a vascular type of local blood flow dysregulation is diagnosed. In the absence of dynamics or in case of negative dynamics of any two postischemic values to similar values before the test, the stasic type of local blood flow regulation disturbance is diagnosed. In case of negative dynamics of any three postischemic values to similar ones before the test, perivascular type of local blood flow dysregulation is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method enables differentiating the endothelium-dependent, vascular and stasic type of local blood flow dysregulation due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
