FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: composite concrete column relates to the field of construction and can be used as a bearing composite concrete column for residential and industrial buildings using reinforcement from hybrid composites. Composite concrete column comprises longitudinal and transverse reinforcement in the form of clamps inside the concrete body. Longitudinal and transverse reinforcement in the form of clamps is made of basalt plastic reinforcement in cross section of ellipsoid shape. Basalt-plastic base of the reinforcement core in the form of fibre is impregnated with binding resins, the bearing rod of the reinforcement is made with winding. At that, the long axis of the ellipse is combined with the direction of the maximum load of the cross section of the column, the lengths of the axes of the ellipse are taken in proportion to the calculated loads along the axes of the cross section in the middle of the length of the column, in the middle of the column there is a central transverse reinforcement with a rectangle in the form of a clamp with the long axes of the ellipse perpendicular to the longitudinal reinforcement, subsequent horizontal reinforcing rectangles are installed with a non-linear increase in distance from each other to the edges of the column in proportion to the load reduction along the diagram. Basalt-plastic base of the reinforcement core in form of fibre impregnated with binding resins is made with addition of basalt powder preliminary uniformly mixed in resin, winding bundle is also made with addition of basalt powder.
EFFECT: increasing the bearing capacity of composite concrete column.
