FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used as a strip foundation for residential and industrial buildings using hybrid composite reinforcement. Method of making strip composite concrete foundation includes preparation of elements and installation of reinforcement cage, consisting of longitudinal rod, transverse rod fibreglass reinforcement in the form of clamps installed in the span of the structure at the height of reinforcement with a pitch corresponding to the design pitch of cracks, and reinforcing U-shaped elements at corners, combined with longitudinal reinforcement, wherein fibreglass base of reinforcement core in form of fibre is impregnated with binding resins, bearing rod of reinforcement is made with winding, installation of formwork, filling of strip with concrete at a time. Longitudinal, transverse and reinforcement in the form of clamps are made of fibreglass reinforcement in the cross-section of an ellipsoid shape, wherein the long axis of the ellipse is aligned with the direction of the maximum load of the cross section of the foundation, the lengths of the axes of the ellipse are taken in proportion to the design loads along the axes of the cross section in the middle of the length of the span of the foundation. When preparing the transverse rod fibreglass reinforcement, in the form of clamps, the corners are bent and at the same time the sides of the rectangle are turned through 90° around longitudinal axis of fittings, with their preliminary heating by gas burner, and with location of long axis of ellipse for transverse vertical reinforcement perpendicular to plane of clamp, and for transverse horizontal reinforcement along plane of clamp. fibreglass reinforcement core in form of fibre, impregnated with binding resins, is made with addition of quartz powder, preliminary uniformly mixed in resin, winding bundle is also made with addition of quartz powder, which is uniformly preliminary mixed in resin. Installation of linear sections of the reinforcement cage is preliminary carried out in a template, which allows to evenly combine the long axis of the ellipse of the fibreglass reinforcement with the maximum loads on the strip foundation, and with subsequent installation of a common reinforcing frame at the location of the strip composite concrete foundation.

EFFECT: increasing the bearing capacity of strip composite concrete foundations.
