FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and relates to a method for qualitative and quantitative determination of Al3+ ions in a solution. When implementing the method, an indicator solution is added to the analysed solution containing Al3+ ions and the fluorescence enhancement at a certain wavelength and the increase in quantum yield are recorded using a spectrofluorimeter. Indicator used is pyridoxal 5'-phosphate-pyrazine-2-carbohydrazone. Solvent used is a mixture of water : dimethylsulfoxide = 99:1, vol.%. Fluorescence amplification is evaluated at wavelength 456 nm, and excitation occurs at wavelength 410 nm.

EFFECT: high sensitivity of the method for qualitative and quantitative determination of aluminium ions in a solution.
